Knitting with Nancy - Lett Lopi Vest

Wind Ridge Farm - Spa Day for Ewe

There are a few great things about this Lett Lopi vest I am currently working on.

First - the colored yarn is from wool from our own Teeswater X lambs, is 3 ply and is processed by Battenkill Fibers in NY.

Second - the natural brown yarn is from our sheep and hand-spun by me.

Third - I hand-dyed the Turquoise and Coral yarns. I am just starting the hand dying color work & loving it! The colors are SO vibrant.

Finally - this pattern is a classic way to show off the colors. A vest is a great way to show off your knitting, yarn and wool while not as long a project as a full sweater.

Voila!
